They primarily practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, Probate, Trust Administration & Veterans Planning. Glenn Stockton, Sophia Kandt along with their team of attorneys and skilled professional paralegals and staff provide caring and professional legal services to people of all ages. Their clients come from both Kansas and Missouri. Stockton & Kandt also has formed a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, Great Plains Senior Veterans. This nonprofit is dedicated to providing free estate planning education in Kansas and Missouri. Stockton & Kandt’s mission is to provide honest, friendly & knowledgeable service to their clients and to be their trusted advisors.
