Our friendly and attentive Sales Coordinator will provide excellent customer service and support the Sales Manager as well as the General Manager.

  • Conduct site inspections, site tours, soliciting and generating new and repeat business.
  • Coordinating between the sales department and the other areas of the hotel to ensure exceptional service.
  • Group block loading, management of groups and group resumes.
  • Participate in necessary meetings, training, and other sales-related events.
  • Prepare written correspondence with clients and co-workers.
  • Assisting with selling guestrooms and meeting rooms. Coordinating the reservations and set up of the conference rooms.
  • Understanding the local market and utilizing this knowledge when presenting information to perspective guests.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking skills.
  • Problem-solving ability.
What are we looking for?
  • Minimum high school diploma. Higher level education preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience working in a hotel, clerical or sales. Previous experience working in a similar role.
  • Good computer skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Knowledge of sales and marketing modules like Delphi, Opera S&M, Protel S&M etc.
  • Willing to travel and must possess a valid driving license.
  • Due to the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry, the Sales Coordinator may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel, including but not limited to weekends and holidays.
