It is what we do at Frontier Community Credit Union.  We are looing for a service-oriented individual to fill our Full-Time Senior Teller position in Gardner.  If you enjoy helping people and are comfortable and accurate with handling money, we encourage you to apply and become part of the family!

Our Tellers assist members with their financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; selling money orders, gift cards and other various products to our members; transferring money from member accounts as directed and maintaining member records.

Work Schedule (40 hours per week)
Monday-Friday  7:45 am - 5:45pm, Alternating Saturday 8:45am - 12:00pm

Other Teller Duties Include:

• Providing prompt, accurate, professional and friendly service to all of our members
• Balancing a cash drawer and daily transactions
• Maintaining account information on our core system
• Preparing required daily, weekly and monthly reports

• Minimum two years related experience (teller/cash handling, customer service)
• High school diploma or GED
• Math and 10-key skills
• Personal computer experience including Microsoft and Windows applications

• Covid-19 Vaccination is Required 
• Education and/or work experience necessary to demonstrate necessary skill level
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform under stress in a fast-paced environment (at times)
• Detail-oriented
• Demonstrate excellent computer skills, especially proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
