It is what we do at Frontier Community Credit Union.  We are looking for an experienced member service-oriented individual to fill our Financial Service Representative position in Gardner.  If you enjoy assisting members with their financial needs, we encourage you to apply and become part of the family!  If you are Bi-Lingual in Spanish - this is a plus and we pay a differential.

Our Financial Service Representatives provide exceptional service primarily through fact-to-face, phone, and email communication.  This will include receiving and resolving a comprehensive variety of financial requests, and transactions regarding all share and loan products and services that support branch operations, such as opening accounts, taking loan applications, and teller transactions. 

Work Schedule (40 hours per week)
Monday - Friday 7:45am - 5:45pm, Alternating Saturday 8:45am - 12:15pm

Other Financial Service Rep Duties Include:

  • Providing prompt, accurate, professional and friendly service to all of our members
  • Requires problem-solving when the established procedure does not fully address inquiry
  • Adhere to compliance policies when resolving client issues
  • Preparing required daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Maintaining a dependable record of attendance and timelines
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Minimum two to three years related experience (Teller/Member experience, customer service)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Intermediate computer skills including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), and the ability to learn and navigate multiple technology platforms while interacting with members

  • Excellent member focus with an understanding of how to adapt to each member while focusing on the outcome to solve his or her problems efficiently.  This role is not scripted, and has a consultative approach to help the member.
  • The ability to multi-task, working proficiently while conversing on the phone, searching information, reading, typing, and quickly picking up new technology. 
  • A preference to working in an ever-changing, fast-paced, branch environment where you can effectively manage time and exhibit reliability and dependability in attendance.
  • Emotional resiliency to manage feelings and find positive aspects in most situations.
