Sourdough Baking Class with KC Sourdough Co.

Ready to unleash your inner baker? Join us for a wonderful experience learning the art and science of sourdough baking. If you’ve ever wanted to dive in the world of sourdough but haven’t yet – or you have unsuccessfully – this event is for you!

What you’ll do:

In this 2-hour course, you’ll learn all about sourdough including the history of sourdough, the health benefits, and how it compares to commercial white bread.

You will create a sourdough loaf from scratch (to take with you and bake at home) to get a feel for how to make your own bread – be warned, your hands will get a little dirty ! This is a hands-on class!

You’ll also sample different flavors just to see how versatile sourdough can be!
