The Johnson County Sheriff's Office is excited to host a one-of-a-kind hiring event on Saturday, June 11th from 10am-2pm.
This will be a unique multi-unit event including demonstrations, stations with representative from all divisions, on-site interviews, and general networking. Attendees will be able to start the application process, participate in an initial interview and complete the physical agility test (if desired) all within a four-hour span. This event can shorten the hiring process by several weeks.
With staffing shortages affecting many industries nationwide, law enforcement agencies are being hit particularly hard. This is why we are offering this "Fast Track to the Badge" hiring event, so we can find men and women who are ready to join us in selflessly and courageously serving their community.
At the Johnson County Sheriff's Office, we are privileged to have community support. We have top-notch school districts, making it a great place to raise a family, and we are in the Kansas City metro area, providing us with urban, rural, and suburban neighborhoods. With no location requirement, deputies can live in the area that's best for their families.
