Join us for a 4 course dinner with wine pairings in the vineyard! The menu is below:
Appetizer: Bacon Apricot Rollups in plum sauce
Salad: Caesar Salad
Entree: Ribeye with guac-adobo, crispy potatoes, asparagus in balsamic brown butter
Dessert: Chocolate Roulade or flourless Chocolate Cake with raspberry coulis
Alternate entree: Salmon with an apricot mustard glaze, jasmine rice, honey orange carrots
