This category is judged.  No fee to enter.  Cash prizes for 1st-3rd place.\n	All Horse & Riders.  This category is judged.  No fee to enter.  Cash prizes for 1st-3rd place.\n	All Commercial Businesses and Candidates for Office.  $30 to enter.  Commercial businesses will be judged (candidates will not).  $100 for first place.  If you represent a Nonprofit Organization and would like to be judged\, you may also enter this category.\n	Nonprofit Organizations (or individuals) that DO NOT wish to be judged.  $20 to enter.\n	School Related Organizations and Teams.
